Seeking Volunteer Photographers

  • Do you love photography?
  • Do you have an eye for detail?
  • Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? 

If so, we are seeking volunteer photographers like you! We need your help to capture memorable agriculture and food education moments. Volunteers will help us photograph our BCAITC programs and resources in action at K-12 classrooms and outdoor locations. Photographs will be used in BCAITC and/or Agriculture in the Classroom Canada digital and print advertising and on social media. BCAITC will coordinate the signing of student/teacher media releases. 

How You Can Help?

  • Photographing students and teachers engaging with our programs and resources. 
  • Photographing our farm or garden landscapes.

What's Required?

  • Photography skills.
  • Camera and equipment for indoor and/or outdoor shoots. 
  • Transportation to/from photo shoots in the Fraser Valley. 
  • Ability to work with youth (criminal record check).

Location

Various locations in Surrey, Langley, and/or Abbotsford. 

Time Commitment

Fall 2022 and spring 2023 - dates/times TBA. Approximately 1 hour per photo shoot.
