We are seeking volunteer labourers to rebuild our BCAITC Pencil Patch this fall! The Pencil Patch is an educational garden for K-12 students that is visited by thousands of children every year. The Pencil Patch was sadly destroyed in the November floods. We are looking to start rebuilding The Pencil Patch with the assistance of some amazing volunteers... like you!

How You Can Help?

• Helping move fence posts, bins, plants, and palm-sized rocks. 
• Emptying garden bins – shovelling soil.
• Assembling raised garden beds (click-assembly).

What's Required?

• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Perform physical activities that require the ability to bend, stretch, and reach your body.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work both cooperatively with a team and independently.

Time Commitment
