Our own Chef Randle will be cooking up a storm of BC product at this year's Fusion Festival in Surrey. He will be on stage at 4:30 pm, July 21st,  showcasing the best ways to cook with local product, featuring recipes that are simple, but packed with fresh BC flavour! 

The Surrey Fusion Festival is a large 2-day community event that features free live music and family-friendly activities at Holland Park July 21-22.Celebrating music, food and culture, the free event attracts tens of thousands of people each year.
