Spotlight on Eggs: An Egg-citing Matching Game

With this activity, students will have the opportunity to learn about the many fascinating features about eggs, which is one of BC’s important agricultural commodities. Students will also have the opportunity to learn about the nutritional value of eggs as well as information on egg parts, egg sizes and grading.
