In the Kitchen - Free Form Tarts

In The Kitchen’s Free Form Tarts is a toolkit for Take A Bite of BC Program that includes the following resources:

Video: Students can learn about creating a tart that can be filled with fresh BC produce in this 13-minute video with Chef Randle.
Lesson Plan: The lesson plan goes with the video.
Recipes: Students can utilize their culinary skills to make tasty free form tarts (developed by BCAITC’s Chef Randle) like Free Form Breakfast Tarts, and BC Fruit Tart.

In the Kitchen with Take A Bite of BC is made with the collaboration of BCAITC, BC Dairy, BC Egg and BC Greenhouse Growers Association.
